Elena Willis a obtenu en 2003 un baccalauréat en Photographie de l’Université Concordia de Montréal. Elle a participé à plusieurs expositions seule ou en groupe à Montréal, Toronto, New York et Nice. En octobre 2007, elle exposait son travail le plus récent soit la série Between Natures, à la galerie Darling foundry à Montréal. En janvier 2008, la galerie Eli Klein Fine Art de New York présentait une sélection de ses oeuvres.

En 2007, elle obtint une bourse du Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec et participa à un programme de résidence d’artiste à Paris en 2008.

Elena Willis demeure et travaille actuellement à Montréal.

Elena Willis obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Photography from Concordia University in Montreal in 2003 and has exhibited her work in both solo and group exhibitions in Montreal, Toronto, New York, and Nice. In October 2007 she exhibited her most recent body of work, Between Natures, at the Darling foundry in Montreal and in January 2008, she exhibited a selection of her work at Eli Klein Fine Art in New York.

In 2007 she received funding from the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec and attended an artist residency in Paris in 2008.

Elena Willis currently lives and works in Montreal.
