Colorado artist Jason Baalman creates his art from unconventional, often edible, materials. His widely-acclaimed Elvis (Cheetos on black velvet) and his portrait of Conan O’Brien have cheesed-up You Tube screens everywhere. He has also been known to paint with spare ribs mixed with BBQ sauce, as well as with chocolate syrup, mascara, lipstick and Vegemite. [...]
